Two different things, per chapter: keep it on this device to read offline in PALScans, or save the page images as a .cbz file you own.
Stored inside PALScans so the chapter opens with no connection. It stays in this browser and goes when you clear it.
A .cbz archive — every page image in reading order, the format CBZ readers open. It lands in your downloads folder and is yours to keep.
